CHANGE OF NAMES!!!

I booked a flight for a person who was coming down from the UK through my company.
Then for unfortunately they died.

I wanted to then use the ticket for myself or get a refund.
Kulula would not let me use the ticket, change my booking, even though I make the booking in the first place.

1. They would not let me change the name on the ticket!
2. They would not give my money back!
3. They would not let me use the money to book another ticket with them!

They just kept my money!
!!!

Last time i ever fly with Kulula Ever Again.
And i'm going to call Cape Talk to have the matter looked into futhe
