Kulula has the worst service I have ever seen!!!

I missed my flight on 21 Jan 2014 form Lanseria, due to very bad traffic. Yes I understand that it is my fault somehow.

But there is absolutely no reason for the Manager (at the ticket sales) to be so rude!!

There was no client services from his part. Just saying to me I lost my ticket and money. I need to by another one.

He gave me the customer service number and as soon as I wanted to call them he said with an arrogant and rude attitude they are only open in office hours.

WHY IS THERE FLIGHTS AVAILABLE AT CERTAIN TIMES BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE??

Looks like with Kulula, after someone purchases an ticket, you don't give them any service because you already have their money!

Why must I pay for a service am not even using??

I understand if I don't get all my money back, but it is that I don't even get a portion back.

The manager didn't even try to help me look for another flight!!

I have used Kulula for many many years now, and I promise you, the flight that I missed was the last time I will ever book a flight with Kulula.
