No refund when the ticket was double boooked

I booked a ticket online and the site froze and the money was taken off my account, but there was no ticket confirmation. I called Kulula and was told that I need to book the ticket again over the telephone using my cheque card and Kulula will refund me in 6-8 weeks. I then allowed the agent to book the ticket for me. She gave me a reference number: MJVJUP. Now two moths later I phoned to query on the refund and I am told that I have to go to my bank and they need to refund me. For an amount of R676 I have to run around and make calls from my cellphone to Kulula only to have their contact centre agents putting me on hold for 20-35 minutes. It is costing me more money to get a refund. I will not use this unprofessional airline again. Kulula can get rich with my money, but continue to practice in this manner and they won't be around like the other airlines that went under.
