They took my money!!!

I am ABSOLUTELY furious!!! I went to an ATM in Alberton to draw money, the ATM gave me my card, and then as I was waiting for my money is kept saying waiting for authorisation. I called the head office, they told, me to go into the nearest branch so they can assist me. I did just that and the manager gave me a form that was stamped and timed by her and said my money will be returned to me. a week later I still don't have my money, i call the head office again they tell me I needed to fill out a form of dispute??? in total i have spent 2 hours in the bank of MY TIME as they took my money and they cannot tell me when or IF i can get my money back??? I pay fees and interest on my account! They cannot just take my money and I must wait and MAYBE not get my money back!!! I am late now to pay my account that i drew that money for! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! and I will not wait 3 weeks to get it back! and if i don't get it back that is FREUD!!!
