Poor customer services - ATM query

I withdrew money from an ATM in January but the ATM gave an error and did not give me the money I withdraw. The money was deducted form my account.

On 21 th of January I went into the Standard bank at Vanderbijlpark Mall. The lady phone card division and advised be that the transaction will be reversed within 24 hours. On the 24 of January I went back into the branch because the transaction was not reversed. The lady advised me that I need to fill in a form because the transaction can not be reversed. I filled in the form, and they told be that after 7 working days the money will reflect.

On the 22 of February I went back to the branch where they advised me that they gave me the incorrect form and I need to fill another form.

I phoned them again about a month ago. The lady said that I need to fill in a form again! I told her that I am not going into the branch again, because they are waisting my time.

She said that she will email me the form and I should return it. Up to today, I still have not received the email.

I have been a customer of Standard bank for 9 years now, but with services like this, I don`t think that I will stay with them for much longer.
