BAD customer experience

I was horrified by the experience that greyhound now offers for its customers. I last used the bus service in 1998 and thought it would be nice to use the bus again from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 19 January 2013. I had a ticket for the 6pm bus and 8 other people.

We checked in well and was directed by the consultant to go to the bus parked in lane 6 only to get there and be told casually with a don't care attitude by one of the bus drivers to go to lane 6. when I enquired further why the change there was no response neither did he give his name and he did not even have his name tag on. Went to the bus in lane 4 and this bus was scheduled to depart at 6:30 pm. The hostess told us to stand aside as she was just informed a coupler minutes that they had transferred some of us to this bus. She said we were not guaranteed that they will be space and I further enquired what other options were available as she shrugged her shoulders. I then refused to wait on the side as I had a valid ticket so was the other passengers.

we were assisted by a lady who wore casual clothes and she put us at the top deck backsheet seat. What a shocker the hostess did not apologies. BAD SERVICE.
