Amazingly i needed to get to Johannesburg for a family emergency, ended up missing my connecting flight dut to Emirates delay out of Heathrow. No apology given or even an acknowledgement that they were wrong. The staff at the check in desk were so rude and did not even give a about the passengers. So we get on the plane 6 hours later and the staff there were no better, rude, irritable and worst of all when we asked for coffee it was like they were doing us a HUGE favour and we had to ask 3 times.

This is where it gets even WORSE Flying to and now from Johannesburg they were late so we missed our connecting flights and had to and have to wait 6 hours for the next flight. The ground staff are so rude and unhelpful AGAIN it's atrocious. I really think they need to change their attitude towards their passengers. I will not be flying with them ever again as this is just pathetic and worse still, I will be very surprised if they even respond to this email because just like the arrogance of the inflight staff, ground staff, they just dont give a about their passengers
