Cockroaches on coaches req.seat change

I just arrived from Port Elizabbeth with one of your coaches which was routed Durban Cape Town arrival 11/09/2013.To my dismay your coach had some cockroaches crawling on the surface. When I arrived in CPT I went to your desk at the station told Nadine I want to do a seat change for ref.3R40VJB to downstairs seat 01 C and D.Nadine was very abrupt as when I stood at your counter my ph.battery went flat so I could not give her all the info.she needed I asked her then just to put my ph on charge just to get the info.very rudly she said they don't charge phones and I have to rebook my ticket. I was so annoyed as I wanted to change my ticket because sitting upstairs in an small space did not work for me. My trip is only on the 12 th October and I don't want to experience cockroaches crawling over me. At least downstairs the windows is not steamed up and I think the cockroaches will be less. I am currently a very dissatisfied customer of Greyhound!!! I DON'T WANT TO DO A TRIP CHANGE ONLY A SEAT CHANGE.
