Dear Greyhound. I accept that I cannot be refunded at this time but I will be patient. My complaint is not the Megacoach, it was that I was not made aware that I would travel in a Megacoach when i purchased the ticket. It did not even operate at the standard as the luxury bus (some odd mechanical noise throughout, the hostess didn't have a spoon to make coffee and asked the passengers and the broken wiper). I am even more upset by what I paid for it, considering the man next to me paid R610 which he purchased the previous Wednesday. My seat 7C was reserved for a Greyhound - when i purchased the ticket - not a Megacoach. I understand the 3 hour delay was caused by the accident. What i don't understand was where the other 3 hours came from. And for the record, no mechanic pitched up to fix the crumbling bus. I will be patient for my refund.
