On 20 December 2013 me and my wife board a bus from Pretoria to Johannesburg to climb over on a bus to Worcester. We booked for the Greyhound and waited to board the bus. Two luxury coaches arrived and we were told that we are on the next bus. The next bus that arrive was a Mega Coach. We and all the other passengers we really unhappy with the bus that we boarded. We complaint to the hostess and driver and said that this is not what we have paid for and want a luxury bus. The hostess told us not to complain to her and was really rude. We told her that she should not have an attitude as we are the paying customers here. She said that it is her attitude and called one the ladies a. I told her that the arm rest is not working, she said it is, but after she checked it and saw that it was broken, she just walked away. My seat was not reclining properly, after reclining, you have to pull it back to get it in a upright position. I called the customer service and we're told that the bus should be of the same standard, I told them it was not. Somebody from the office got onto the bus and told us in no uncertain terms that if we are not happy we could get off and get our money back.
