The worst travelling experience ever!!!

I boarded the Greyhound coach on Friday the 3rd of December. When we were approaching King Williams town we (the passengers sitting on the lower deck) asked for the air conditioner to be switched on as we were feeling extremely hot, to the point that we couldn't breath. The hostess informed us that it was not working. It was so hot and stuffy, we couldn't breath. She called her superior who didn't do a thing about it. On top of all of that there were cockroaches running round the coach. I asked to be moved to the top deck, as apparently, the hostesses words, 'everyone is so comfortable up there, the air conditioning is working, they are fast asleep'. It was the worst experience in the world, Greyhound didn't even try make us feel comfortable after I paid 765 for a ticket, its unacceptable!! I was later moved upstairs and the same problem occurred, they had to open the emergency exit s which didn't help cause they only opened one and minimal air came through. We were so hot, couldn't breath, had no air all the way to JHB from Grahamstown, its just BS! they should have swapped our coach by kingwilliams town, they knew in good time, but nothing was done! Worst travel coach!!
