Terrible Service

I am disgusted by the Service received from staff at the Kulula check in counter & ticketing office at Lanseria Airport. I was late for a flight due to an accident, on arrival the check in lady was rude & snappy, I was refused access onto the flight, even thought the plane was still on the ground & doors have not been closed yet. At the ticketing office the Man was terribly discourteous & disrespectful. I had no where to go, I was not assisted with a suggestion on where to stay for the night or transport. I find this inhumanly.
