Booked a return air travel ticket through Travelstart on line. At the same time, I took out the flexi ticket option. On Sunday 15 Sept, I wanted to amend my flight schedule. Online I could not identify a url through their website to affect the changes. I finally sent an email to their urgent email address but was informed it takes up to 24 hours I tried the Kulula website but the correspondence I had from Travelstart did not have a Kulula reference booking number - at least not one that Kulula's site could identify.

Earlier today I received an email from Travelstart informing me that I should phone their call centre or contact the airline. Hallo?? Kulula tells me they can't see the flexi ticket I paid for - so no help there! By the way, at the start of this change process, there were 6 seats available at just about the same rate as what I paid initially.

Then I phoned Travelstart call centre. After 21 minutes of holding on I left a message to phone me back. Well, It is now 30 min since I left the message and still no return call. I phoned again. Carrie - Ann tells me she can't help me, some other department can. She will urgently ask them to phone me... I am waiting
