Absolutely Disgusted

I contacted Ingelosi Shuttles earlier today to enquire re. a booking for my director to and from Johannesburg Airport/The Palace. I sent an email requesting their services and asking for the payment authorisation form for credit cards so that I could complete the booking. I was phoned by Phandiwe to discuss details of the booking. A hour later I was phoned by her manager and told they were going to cancel the booking as they hadn't yet received my payment authorisation form. When I told her I hadn't received a form from them the manager said it was sent 30 minutes ago. The manager then told me that I was told that cut off time was at 15:30. That is a blatant lie, if I knew about the cut off time then I would of phone them and enquired about the form. All my other emails have been coming in so there is nothing wrong on my side with the emails. The manager was VERY short and to the point. Border lining on being absolutely rude. I am sure she was "trying" to sound professional but she failed miserably. I will never recommend this shuttle service company to anyone.
