4 hour delay on a 1 hour flight

Firstly why is the plain only checked 5 minutes before flight and not during the nigth.
Secondly, on a four hour delay you surely couldve flown in another plane from somewhere else?
3rdly, we sitting in the slow lounge and has seen 3 kulula planes depart? Does that mean all 3 had technical difficulties or are you to selfish to give us another plane.
We are getting married tomorrow and all arrangements were made from JHB, and today we have a million things to do. I will do everything i possibly can should anything go wrong at my wedding.
All staff at kulula dont even give a about their passengers as long as they make money. I hope kulula gets liquidated and management be left with absolutely nothing!!! l
