I have made a booking in May for November with Optima Breaks. I requested the quote on the 6th of May 2013 and made an EFT payment the same day. Last week I remembered about my booking I made and that I have not received a confirmation of the booking. I started by sending an email to Anusha from Optima Breaks who I dealt with at the time but no response. I went to their website and filled out a form for someone to contact me back - no response. I then sent emails to [Email Removed] on the 26th and 28th of Aug 2013 - no response. On the 29th of Aug 2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] with no response. This morning, 3rd of September, I sent another email to [Email Removed] hpeing someone will respond.
