I am utterly disgusted with greyhound bus services, on top of the 3 hour delay we had to experience the worst. Service ever!!! Upon boarding of the coach we were informed that our seat numbers are non existant and we were asked were we had bought the tickets, I was very shocked to hear this because as a frequent passenger on greyhound I do my booking online and not even once had I encountered this bizzare 'problem'. The host still had the nerve to tell us that he cannot allocate us seats as the bus was full and even had the audacity to say that we must cancel our tickets who the does he think he is??? How can we cancel after waiting for over three hours? It is such a pity that our alternative bus was not available. I am deeply disappointed with the crew member's behavior as we are paying customers and such treatment should not occur as we are paying customers
What I don't get is that these delays are ridiculous!!! How can a bus delay for such a long tune and on top of that they blame roadworks were there are buses that use the same route yet you will never find 3 hour delays. Like I have said I am a frequent passenger and have encountered these problems numerous times!!!
