Apalling service! And a ride to Dbn in a dump!!!

My sister & I booked tickets for 19/9/13 at Computicket departing Midrand at 20:35 arriving in Durban the next day. When we boarded the bus in Midrand we were advised this wasn't our coach when the bus gets to Park Station we wld have to get off and onto another bus that would leave ParStn at 22:30, 2 hours later than what our tickets stated! We may as well have been dumped at the bus terminal when we got to Park Station and no one really cared to answer questions like were we to go inside the building to get luggage stickers etc. What was really upsetting though was the state of the bus we got onto. It was filthy smelly and in a very very poor state with electric wires hanging from the ceiling of the bus, there were even seats that were wet. The bottom section of the bus was being cleaned as we boarded the bus!! This coach looked like it had been resurrected from the graveyard yard at Greyhound. And at a price of R360 per seat it was in no state to carry passengers. How is one even suppposed to have trust the mechanics of the bus were in good working order. It seems to me all Greyhound wanted was to make the most of busy long wend ahead to the extent of disrespecting their customers.
