The bus travelling to Port Elizabeth from East London was again delayed, this time by three hours, even though numerous complaints have been submitted about the departure and arrival times. What was even a further insult was the fact that our seats were not available on the bus. Heinrich told us the only option we have is to cancel the tickets we booked because we can't have them. This is very absurd, I mean how does greyhound make one pay for seats they do not have on the coach that they decide to disburse on the day? How the do they have the guts to tell a paying customer to go cancel the ticket for a valid booking? Unacceptable!!! This attitude and delays are becoming a hallmark of a once trusted public transport provider. As from today greyhound will not even be on my list of options for any further travel that I'll be doing.
