Worst trip return JHB-CPT-JHB

Choose Greyhound bus service because they are suppose to be the leading bus company in the industry. Jhb bus departed 1hour and a half late with a 3 hour delay to Cpt. Just a sorry with no regret and attitude of "tuff luck you are stuck with us". The CPT-JHB bus notified and last minute that we will not be traveling via a greyhound bus, but a hired bus. Not even close to the quality of the greyhound. Crammed into a bus both times with seat resevations being a pointless exercise on booking. The bus to JHB has not service, introductions proper marking on it. Unfortunately again " tuff luck you are stuck with us " attitude is shown again. I have travellled with other bus service and even the nutorous "bad services" brands atleast tried to help. Never again Greyhound! If it wasnt for my fear of flying i would have done it in a heart beat.
