I lost my ticket but i should still be on your system. i stil have the sms you sent me on the 28-03-2013 from this number 27839300008167923 that reads " Dear Valued passenger. The GREYHOUND coach from JHB via BLOEM- to EAST LONDON will be a MEGA COACH, please be on the look out. Greyhound Trackng. On the 28 March 2013 i booked a 16:15 greyhound bus from Pretoria to Kroonstad which i paid R 305 for it. The bus on came in at something to 5 and it was not a greyhound bus that i booked it was cityline. On our way to Johannesburg i recieved and sms saying that the bus that i will be using from Johannesburg to Kroonstad was a megacoach bus again that not was i book nor paid for.

There is a reason why i paid R 305 for a greyhound bus not a citiliner or megacoach, it looks like you were trying to make the most profit from the easter holidays that you even over booked and you didn't have enough buses for your passengers as we were told to get into any citiliner bus from PTA to Joburg.
