Rip-off of cost in transport

Good afternoon. I recently travelled from Cape
Town to Johannesburg (31 March at 18H30, Bus no. 1504) on what should
have been a Greyhound bus. I was very soon disappointed. The bus eventually pitched up at 19H00, and was not even a Greyhound. I read the terms and
conditions very well, and nowhere does it state that we may get a
contracted bus due to short supply - at the same ridiculous price! The windscreen wiper broke en route and we drove the whole way with a broken wiper in bad weather. We also arrived 3 hours late (that's excluding the 3 hour
delay caused by the road accident). I do not think I got my money's worth. At the
least you could have made it known we were departing with a contracted
but (not a Greyhound). My ticket clearly states seat no. 7C. I took
ANY seat and was asked to leave it because a couple wanted to sit
together. I am sorely disappointed and would like to have my money refunded, since it was not what I paid for.
When will this be possible? I will provide my bank details and proof of purchase as soon as possible.
