WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!

I booked a return bus ticket between Cape Town and Johannesburg. Because of time constraints l ended up flying to Jhb. I went to their Cape Town offices to Cancel the Tickets and was advised that l was too late for the one and l have to make use of the other one within 6 months. I went to their Cape Town office on 01 Aug to exchange the Ticket and rebook with the voucher a Ticket from East London to Cape Town and they told me l had to bring the bank account the amount was credited from. I informed the consultant that l no longer have that bank Account, she told me there was nothing she could do. I call the branch the following day and l spoke with a gentleman by the name of Dimitri, l asked him if l could use another Account and he said l could as it does not have to be the same Account, l asked him if he was sure and he said he was. I drove to Cape Town again only to be told they need that same Account, l asked them if there is no other way and they said no. Another wasted trip!
I called the Call Centre 0839159000 and l spoke with a gentleman who was n? interested in helping me at all, he said he needed the cancellation number to rebook me a ticket. I got the number, called a
