I've called Translux call centre earlier this morning (2013-12-27) to re-schedule my wife's departure (who is in the Northern Cape) time from the 3rd January 2014 to 30th December 2013, after presenting the reference number i was told by the call centre agent that the date has been amended as requested and all i have to do is go to the pretoria branch to pay the 10% fee Vat, when i get to the pretoria office and told them what translux call centre agent has told me i was told with the worst attitude i've ever experienced that the ticket cannot be re-booked unless i have the original ticket with me so i have to buy a new ticket which for some reason its also R30 more than the original ticket.

When i asked why do i need the original ticket since i have a reference number and the person i'm re-schedulling for is in Northern Cape i was snubbed at. I even asked if my wife can fax them the ticket and i was told that only the original ticket is required. To make matters worse, translux doesn't have offices in the Northern Cape (Brittstown) where my wife can go with the original ticket to do the re-schedulling.

I'm an avid translux user, but after the experience, i will never use them
