I booked a bus ticket in Pretoria for someone who was supposed to travel from Durban to Pretoria. The person was late for the bus and I phoned the Intercape headoffice in Cape Town, where the call centre is, to cancel the ticket. They told me that I can't cancel but could only get a credit note less a certain percentage, that I can use later to book another ticket. I got the credit note / voucher from the Pretoria office again. When I went to book for a ticket later using that voucher, they came up with stories that they want the person whose name appeared on the voucher. I explained what happened and even produced the ticket I bought which also had my phone numbers on it and also the voucher but they refused me to use the voucher. When I bought the ticket, they did not want the person travelling to be there but when I claimed my money they want the person to be there, which they know is very unlikely that you can bring the person concerned. I did all the transactions alone without the person but can't get a refund or can't use the voucher they gave me.

What an act of from clients!!! Shame on Intercape!!! I need my money.
