Hi I'm 7 and a half months pregnant, I use the train to get to work & home every day. Metro rail has given poor service as you might know trains are always late or cancelled yet the prices has gone up, this morning on the 12/06/2013 me & my 18yr old sister had missed 3 trains due to it being cancell late & to full to actually fit into the train. Eventually we were already over an hour on the station & the next one we jumped into, the train was do full you could not even see what carriage you're in as the new trains 1st class & third looks the same. We had valid 3rd class weekly's but unfortunately were in 1st class due to missing 3 trains & not being able to fit into 3rd. When we got to Cape Town station they took a number of us aside for being in the 1st class carriage with a 3rd class ticket / no ticket / an invalid (old ticket). They then took us to a little room on CApe Town station platform 1, I asked if I can pay the difference or for a ticket from where I came from to Town 1st class seeing that I actually have a valid weekly & they said no whether you have a ticket or not we all pay the same fine which makes no sense to me, I know my actions was against the rules ect but
