I reported the accident but they never gor respons

Early January last year the driver Mr Maphoto who drive 4:00 bus from Rosslyn to Atteridgeville broke my ankle and I did report it with ABS hey took me from pillar to post then February last year I was referred by my Dr to a foot specialist which my medical aid did end up being exhausted so I had to even stop treatment but he did put on chronic till November last year I thought it will be better because he also referred me to physiotherapy then physiotherapy referred me to the gym where they gave me foot exercise to strengthen my muscles no it did not work. Then I went to their office December last year because they never helped me via the phone. Ok I saw Mr Mataboge he wanted my Dr's report by then my Specialist was oversee he came back January gave my Dr the report which I'm still waiting and I stopped calling them and the driver denies that he pulled the bus when I was getting off. It really hurts because I opened an accident case and conciliation but I was never called to meet Mr Maphoto as they promised me. This pain is unbearable and now with the last year's debts I'm even can't go to consult with my specialist. Their contact 012 386 0019
