Poor service - no bus. Waiting in the cold :(

I have booked a bus for 5 people from George to Cape Town Departure time 23:25 and arrival 5:50. At approximately 00:00 two busses arrived, both stated that they are full. When I called the service center, they said that a third Bus will come at 2:00. We all now have to wait in the cold and rain in the middle of the night. I provided my phone number but they didn't inform me about any delays. I still don't know whether any bus will arrive. This is unprofessionel and bad service delivery.
