DHL - Please be warned: No express about them

Express Delivery No. 4848944122 (18 March 2013). We were charged SAME DAY DELIVERY of R3381.00. Expensive, however we had no other choice, as the delivery was the spare key to our vehicle and had accommodation booked in Mosselbay for that night on our way home to Pta the following morning 03:00am. As discussed with the consultant, the delivery was due to land in George and to arrive in Stilbaai at /- 17:00pm, after many phone calls the time of arrival was changed to 18:00pm, 22:00pm, 23:00pm, however the driver only arrived at 00:05am on Tuesday morning. No personal DHL identification neither for the delivery vehicle. His words were, "Sorry i'm late". We also established that FALSE INFORMATION was given to us, due to the fact that the flight was never planned to arrive in George, but Cape Town, further 4 hours drive away from Stilbaai. We consider this as OVERNIGHT DELIVERY, due to the fact that we could not leave Stilbaai the same day. There were many other companies that could do the same service for the following morning, only exception that it was 50% cheaper more reliable. This is very unprofessional and we demand urgent feedback, a proper explanation and DISCOUNT
