On the evening of the 21 February 2013 I rushed at Park station for a bus that was supposed to departure at 17:30 to Ixopo. The bus did not arrive in time; it arrived after 18:00 and left just before 18:30. After few minutes or km away from the Park station the bus stopped on one of the garages next to N3. A lady who was the attendant for a day instructed us that we are going to wait for the other passengers who were late or who were not available when the bus departure, remember that this bus was not on time. Why the bus operators or attendants cannot even apologise for being not on time? As from when Intercape bus stops on the middle of nowhere just to wait for passengers that are not time? According to me that is a very poor and a bad service. I can tell you one thing that those passengers that were not on time did not even have tickets, they paid strait to the bus operators.
