2 Hours for Delivery and Cold Food

I was visiting Cape Town Thursday night and wanted to order some food for supper. I was all the way from Jhb I ordered Chinese food from Dragon Garden and when I received the food I was COLD. The prawns I ordered was batter and no Prawn inside Out of all the prawns I had four prawns. When I called to complain there was no answer. What type of restaurant do they use. This is supposed to be service delivery and Sis it tated terrible. Mr Delivery number not to call for fast food is021-557-7313. Only if you are prepared to wait 2 hours for cold terrible food. The rise was all lumped and realy was bad. I went to bed hungry
