WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR THREE TICKETS TO CAPE TOWN ON KULULA ON 17 JUNE MAKING USE OF THE DISCOVERY MILES BENEFIT.
TODAY WE FIND THAT ONLY TWO OF THE THREE FAMILY MEMBERS WERE BOOKED AND CONFIRMED AS DISCOVERY HAD SPELT THE SECOND NAME OF THE THIRD PERSON INCORRECTLY ON ITS DATA BASE. AN EXTRA "N" PRESENTED A SECURITY RISK TO KULULA SO TICKET COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED.
NO CALL FROM KULULA, NO CALL FROM DISCOVERY.
KULULA BANKS THE MONEY FOR THREE TICKETS. NO REEFUND. KULULA TAKES MONEY FOR NO SERVICE.NICE!
TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, CLIENT IS TOLD THEY HAVE TWO HOURS TO PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR ANOTHER TICKET BY AN UNHELPFUL CALL CENTRE AGENT. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I PAID FOR SOMETHING I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE USE OF BECAUSE OF A SPELLING ERROR ON DISCOVERY'S PART.
