Non payment of flight refund

Flight booked for return flight DBN-JHB 12/13 April, booking ref: 2VSV9E. Cancelled flight 12 April. Notification received to say my reservation had been cancelled & was submitted for a refund. Indication given that it would take 21 working days. Sent email to voyager on 15 May querying refund and again on the 23rd. Response received on 30 May indicating that refund will be processed but miles will be forfeited as the one month reversal has lapsed. Ref number SR295169 given. Replied to Voyager on 7 June indicating that flight was cancelled online on the 12th of April. Requested indication why miles would be forfeited as cancellation was done early. Also indicated no refund received. Another reminder sent to Voyager requesting feedback on 14 June and again today, 12 July. No feedback, no refund of money or miles
