Cannot pay - negative Discovery Miles!

Problem: After adding my partner to my Discovery Vitality plan, Kulula shows my partner's Discovery Miles balance as -456 miles - that's NEGATIVE 456 miles. Their website then gets confused and prevents me from paying with my (positive, 30k) Discovery Miles balance for tickets.

I've wasted hours on the phone. I've been bounced back and forth between Discovery & Kulula. We've sent letters from Discovery Legal confirming there is no outstanding balance on my partner's (closed) Discovery Card account. Twice now I've purchased tickets using my credit card rather than my Miles because Kulula's incompetence meant the situation hasn't been resolved. I'm tired of this.

It's REALLY SIMPLE, Kulula:
1. Can you reproduce what I'm describing? YES - your call centre staff have reproduced the negative miles balance problem on your website in UNDER A MINUTE
2. Are the negative miles preventing the client from making a booking? YES the client cannot pay with miles, either entirely or in combination with a credit card, despite having sufficient miles to cover the cost
3. Are negative miles a valid business case? NO - SO GET IT FIXED!

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE SO JUST PLEASE FIX IT!!!
