I phoned the call centre department to make changes to an "Open Ticket" which I bought in March 2012 (Ref: JHLERP).
Firstly I am disgusted by the amount that Kulula charges to do a simple change over. All they need to do is change the flight details? Why can it cost up to R600 per ticket!
That is ridiculous. Kulula always advertise that they are the cheapest airline!! I totally disagree with that statement! The amount that they charge is almost a new air ticket. I understand that there will always be an admin fee when changing, but why so much???
Secondly, when changing my tickets one of Kulula's consultants (she refused to give me her name) was very arrogant and rude to me! I was on the phone with her for almost 30min. When I asked her can't I pay the difference in one payment (as I had to do changes to 4 tickets) she just dropped the phone!
I personally think that is unprofessional from Kulula, one of South Africa's major Airlines! I am the customer and you need to treat me like a customer.
I paid R8 342.00 for my tickets and know need to pay additional R1 600 just to change my ticket!
