I refer to my letter posted on the 29th of November. Leanne said she would get back to me and rectify the situation but NOTHING has been done. Nobody at Kulula cared that I paid an EXTRA R1600 for my ticket and had my initial ticket taken from me which cost /- R600 AND Kulula didn't even have the decency to let me know. I only found out at the "check-in" counter, after I had already travelled all the way to OR Tambo on the Gautrain with heavy bags. Kulula left me NO OTHER OPTION but to buy a VERY expensive flight right there and then. I already paid for a ticket!!! If I wasn't upset before, Leanne's letter sure did it. Leanne stating, "the POSSIBILITY of the return not being used does exist and thus it is a revenue protection rule", makes no sense! I had already PAID for the ticket!!! How can it be a revenue protection rule when you've already taken my money. What are you "protecting" yourself against? Not enough profit??? What you are saying is KULULA is greedy and takes advantage of their customers. I am so unhappy with Kulula, and I will be taking this further if nothing is done. I wish I had a tree that grows money but I don't and this ISN'T even right! EISH KULULA!!!
