I booked a ticket to and from a business meeting. Due to a death the meeting was postponed indefinitely. I contacted Kulula and was told I could change the flight but needed to rebook before it was due to take off. The night before take-off I went onto the Kulula site to change the booking and was redireted to contact the call centre, but it was after hours and the flight was at 08:00 the following morning. I had to forfeit the ticket and had problems trying to change the return flight. I was able to book and pay for the tickets 24/7 online, yet could not change them online and had to phone the call centre during office hours. I discovered that the return flight was a BA flight which meant I couldn't change the Kulula outgoing flight. This was not an issue when I paid Kulula! I currently have forfeited the entire amount. I wrote to Kulula, BA, Comair on 1 June and have not received a response from anyone other than to be told that my complaint has been forwarded. Surely if Kulula does bookings and accepts payment for BA flights online, they must be able to make changes online. It is unacceptable that I am out of pocket due to their 'system constrai
