We always book our company's airline tickets through SAA and that is monthly. We booked on thursday the 27th of June for the next 6 months in advance. One of the employees that we booked for left the company suddenly and SAA is not at all open to help us to change the tickets to another employee and we are not even getting refunded for 50% - i feel it is quite unfair of them to not being willing to assist at all. So it is better to use other airlines which would be more open to helping and assisting with queries. These bookings werent even made 7 days ago??

Surely there should also be a 7 day changing policy applicable to them?
