Bad service and false advertising plain and simple

We booked a cruise for seven days as per the package that was advertised on the company website. Full and final payment was made by the end of June. I received the e-tickets and vouchers from the company 23/07/2013. The very next day I contacted their customer service to highlight the fact that there is a problem with the dates. The flights and cruise dates were not compatible, the person taking my call had no idea that there was a problem. After numerous calls and emails I have yet to get an answer or written confirmation that this problem is resolved. The company seems to blame the airline for this issue it is nearly 4 weeks since my initial contact with them up to now I we cannot finalize our leave dates or book airline tickets to Johannesburg. Like I said shocking service, feedback and false advertising
