Double Dipping on calcellations

My company booked a large number of tickets for a trip to Cape Town due to us handling a show down there over the Argus weekend.

While the process has been great we now find that sadly some people have had to change times of tickets, we cannot do this according to Kulula and have had to book extra tickets via their website at a huge expense.

Now the remaining tickets in the group can apprently be refunded, even though we have a show in Durban in June I asked for a credit towards that booking guaranteeing them close on a further R100 000.00.

The answer was no sorry not a chance no refunds inside of 14 days it is our terms. Yet they have confirmed they will cancel the tickets and resell them because of the demand over that weekend.

That is called double dipping and is rubbish, a fair cancellation fee is fine but to write of 2k per a person with up to 12 people having been changed is. Apprently they do not need further business from us so say good bye to close on 600k over the next year guys. Well done clearly 1time going under has done wonders for your business.
