Kulula Airlines the worst way to buy tickets

Well, we booked our tickets as usual, did an EFT, and never heard back (which is normal - we fly often) So, like we usually do, we thought everything was okay. Last night, we tried to book our seats only to find that our booking had been cancelled. No notifications, AND Kulula had just decided to quietly keep our money. What did you think? No-one would notice? Turns out, on the confirmation email that Capitec sent to Kulula (we don't get one) a letter was missing from the booking code. So instead of contacting the account holder, or I don't know, using initiative and matching surnames, you just cancelled our bookings! Without letting us know. We are supposed to fly tonight for a wedding, and Kulula expects us to pay in EXTRA THREE THOUSAND RAND for a ticket we booked ten days ago! OR we can get our money back... in SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS. So they've cornered us good and proper, because we need that money to book through a different airline. Beyond that, their call centre manager was rude, condescending and told us, no matter who we speak to, even her boss, what SHE SAYS STANDS, and no-one can change that.
