Called SAA Voyger today to use my voyger miles to book avechile. Spoke to a consultant by the name of Lungise who advise on the process. When i asked him to check my voyger miles he noted that it was low %&did not reflect the transactions that i have informed him of. I then enquired on what i should do as these transactions should have been accredited to my voyger number, given the fact that i have used thier prefferred services providers with the express intention of accumalating miles to use later. Informed him that it would be appreciated if this errror could be rectified today as i wished to use the service today. Lungise was willing to assist but requested that i hold so that he could ask his supervisor for her email address to address the matter. He returned noting that his supervisor said she is on another call and that she will not assist as thier are terms and conditions that i should follow & I read &understand. Lungise then requested that i fax the invoices to the central email address &noted that i will not recieve a response today nor can he say when i will recieve a response with regards to this matter. Requested for his manager & said she says she is opn the phone.
