Corrupt data and no way to fix it

Click on contact details of the Voyger website and you are welcomed with a typical SA government empty promise. "We are dedicated to assisting you in every aspect of your interaction with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us, via our telephone numbers or email support, and we will respond accordingly."
Well 1 week, 6 e-mails and several calls later trying to correct my personal detail, because all my travel miles get rejected, Nothing, nada, niks, fokoli, null. Even the call center number is... well, still ringing, ... I guess.
