Bad communication and handling of cancelled flight

The handling of the cancellation of BA056 two nights in a row was a dismal failure on BA's part. Lack of communication, zero senior management visibility to handle an angry crowd was shocking. The flight was showing as cancelled on the BA website at 21.00 but the local operators were given no information and kept passengers hanging until midnight on both nights. Shameeda and Pedro from Mendzies were excellent in trying to help rebook passengers but had zero support from management trying to help 300 people was impossible.
I was then rerouted on an Air France flight and that too was cancelled.
I've lost 3 days of a conference and accommodation and feel like BA just doesn't give a.
