Missing miles

I flew on cathay pacific (ONE ticket booked with multiple legs) yet only half the legs have been allocated miles. This in itself is pretty bizaare and i have come to the conclusion that these "mistakes" are on purpose in the hope the consumer does not notice or complain...

Anyhow after calling the call center and speaking to Blanche Raphlane i was told she can see the mising miles and it will take 7 working days to reflect. I requested a ref number for the call and was told there is no ref number. How is this even possible? if there is no ref number generated what proof is there that i even called and that the request has in fact been logged??

Please DO NOT respond and tell me to call the exec club. I have done this on many occasions and each interaction is more annoying than the next. They can NEVER assist and always use london as an excuse.

We live in the technological age, popping off an email does not require 7 days!!! I would like to book a miles flight and unable to do this as it will be a mere 7 days untill you guys decide to allocate my miles. I flew almost a month ago already. PATHETIC service. This is not the first time either.
