Miles record incorrect -no action to correct

On 3 Sept 2013, I used my Discovery Miles to purchase a TV from the TAKEALOT website.
The miles for the TV was 53 999 miles.
The order was recorded on the TAKEALOT web site and I received an email from TAKEALOT advising order would be processed when final confirmation from Discovery was received.
This was not forthcoming and TAKEALOT cancelled order.
When I logged into the Discovery web site my available miles was only - 1 200.
The Discovery web site has reduced my balance by the 53 999 miles but it does not show the transaction.
The balance of -1200 is incorrect.
Discovery declines to confirm that miles have been allocated to TAKEALOT. TAKELOT won't deliver.
Discovery's record of miles is clearly incorrect. The miles record does not reflect all transactions yet the balance is reduced by a transaction that does not show.
IT DOES NOT GIVE A CARDHOLDER ANY CONFIDENCE IF THEY CAN MAKE THIS TYPE OF ERROR
This was reported to the Call Center on 6 Sept (Tracey) who advised I would receive a reply phone call or email.

NO RESPONSE
I phoned the Call Centre on 13 Sept and spoke to JABU. He said it would be escalated.
I received a phoned call from Sharez on 19 Sep
STILL NO RESPONSE
