Slow Lounge
No straight answers!!!

I'm finding it impossible to get a straight answer from anybody at FNB regarding access to their SLOW lounge at OR Thambo. The FNB website has various criteria which contradict each other and, looking at the number of complaints on Hello Peter, the service seems highly unacceptable. What's the point of advertising a service and then being unable to supply it??? Maybe FNB should concentrate on banking and leave the 'good to haves' to professionals???
