Slow lounge is a rip off

I visited the slow lounge with my partner at or tambo airport..I entered the slow lounge and have to admit the food was not great at all nothing to rave about ..The ladies working at the entrance are so incompetent nothing was explained to me, after doing research on my own, I do meet the the criteria now the fees havent been reversed on my platinum card instead I got charged R250x2... I am looking forward to get my money back from FNB!!
