NO international lounge access as advertised

Thanks to FNB's advertising on the slow lounge for international flights for platinum cardholders, my husband got a platinum card at extra monthly fees. We're at the airport now... And guess what... No access to the lounge, they want r250 each. Highly misleading advertising.
