TOBEKA GLOVU has obviously had no training. She is the most unfriendliest air hostess I have ever come across. In fact I took a video clip of her whilst serving passengers, she NEVER SMILED, NEVER HAD A FRIENDLY FACE, it seems like a difficult task to serve her passengers. How can someone be in a job and not like what they do?
She sat in the back, for most of the 12 hour flight from Hong Kong (apart from the 4 hours sleep she had when she went down to sleep in the holt). She never served any passenger water, or liquid refreshments. She is unfriendly and did not have her name badge on her uniform.
Wen she came around for offering coffee and tea, this was exactly how she did it, " coffee, tea? " NO SMILES, NO FRIENDLINESS.
please can this person be trained, as my husband and I will not fly SAA if this kind of service persist.
When a person flies international airlines, you realise how far behind our national airliner is in terms of service excellence and staff friendliness and helpfulness. They are super friendly, always willing to assist and help, humble, smiles, service excellence.

It is very sad what is happening to SAA.
